My dryer stopped heating about a week ago and I... read more had been calling all the repair shops near the woodlands getting quotes, trying to get estimates and asking for availability. I had done some pre-diagnosing and got my dryer vents cleaned as a first solution attempt but to no avail, and was told the issue either was the heating element being burnt out or thermostats. I called many other reputable 4.5+ rated businesses but they were either quite expensive for this repair or not available. Going down the list i found Champion Appliance Service and gave them a call, Steven has a great system that automatically sends you a text message on first contact and he is prompt with communication after i replied with my issue. Steven even was able to partly diagnose the issue based on my input and gave me a potential quote estimate based on his deductions from my problem using his experience repairing these machines. Furthermore he was extremely prompt and told me he was able to fit me in the same afternoon. He dropped by a few hours later and promptly got to work, after diagnosing the machine he determined it indeed was the heating element that burnt out and came prepared with the OEM part. He did the repair well and in a timely manner, answered any questions i had and tested the machine was working before charging me and leaving. I will second other comments that he has the competition beat by a solid margin and has the best prices i saw from all my research.
