Have had a repeated problems with a poor-quality Samsung 4-door refrigerator since making a big mistake buying Samsung in Nov 2014. By 2018, the ice maker had failed twice, the... read more compressor died, and the temperature control sensor failed. Fortunately, we had an extended warranty. Stephen completed the compressor replacement under warranty in April 2019. He did a fantastic job then and was knowledgeable, professional, on-time and friendly. When this really bad Samsung product lost coolness in the refrigerator section recently, I knew exactly who to call --- Champion Appliance Service.
